Our Bra Line Anti-Chafe Patch creates a protective friction-free barrier between your sports bra and skin to help prevent painful rubbing and irritation during long runs, race days, and sweaty training sessions.

The patch is thin, cooling, flexible, long lasting, and comfortable enough to forget you’re even wearing it. During tests, it lasted during marathon runs (4+hours).

How to use:

Apply to clean, dry skin along your bra line before your run. Use the double sided tape for extra adhesion to clothes. Remove after activity.

How long does one patch last on the run?
Each patch is designed for a single workout or race. It stays comfortably in place throughout your run and is intended to be removed afterward. Users have confirmed it lasted during marathon runs and long trail runs (4+hours).

Does it stay stuck when I'm completely drenched in sweat?
Yes! The patch was tested by runners during long, sweaty runs and race training. While everyone's skin and conditions are different, it's designed to stay in place between your bra and skin. The double side tape adds extra adhesion to your bra for extra sweaty days.

What's it made of, and what's the adhesive?
The patch is made from a soft hydrogel material with a gentle, skin-safe adhesive that's similar to what's commonly used in eye patches and nursing pads. It's designed to be comfortable against the skin while providing a protective barrier where your sports bra rubs.

Does it leave residue on my skin or damage technical fabric?
The patch is designed to remove cleanly without leaving sticky residue on your skin. Because it adheres directly to your skin—not your clothing—it shouldn't come into contact with or damage technical fabrics.

What size is the patch, and is it one-size?
The current patch is approximately 6.5 x 2 inches and is designed to fit the area where most sports bra bands cause chafing. It's one size for now, though we're already exploring additional sizes and shapes based on customer feedback.

Why this over Body Glide or KT Tape, which I already trust?
Body Glide helps reduce friction but can wear off over time, especially during long or rainy runs. KT tape wasn't designed specifically for bra-line chafing and can be difficult to apply or uncomfortable to remove. Our patch was created specifically for the bra line—it provides a physical barrier between your skin and your sports bra, stays comfortably in place, and doesn't leave you feeling greasy. It also gives a soothing and cooling feeling.
